Opening hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 15:00, at other times by arrangement.
Orders through the online shop are accepted around the clock. Personal pickup is available to all customers, including those from abroad. You can make a complaint by e-mail, by letter to our registered office or in person at the pickup point during opening hours.
Please collect your goods only after you receive an e-mail confirming they are ready — for in-stock items usually the next business day (for orders placed before 10:00 on a business day). Please pay in advance by card or bank transfer.
