Withdraw from the contract online

This English version is a translation for convenience. The Slovak version is legally binding.

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Fill in the form and click “Confirm withdrawal” — we will immediately send you an acknowledgement by e-mail, including its content, date and time.

Optional — fill in if you paid cash on delivery or in cash. Card and bank-transfer payments are refunded the same way you paid.
