All reviews come from verified purchases — only customers who bought the product from us get the review link, by e-mail after delivery or on their order page. New and returned (used) units of the same product share one set of ratings. Once we record the return of an order, the review link stops working. The average includes all approved ratings, also those without text. Reviews are moderated before publishing; we never edit their text. Critical reviews are published too — we only withhold vulgar content or other people's personal data. Reviews are written in Slovak.
