How is this part delivered?+
Oversized parts such as bumpers do not fit a standard parcel, so we deliver them with the TopTrans carrier — within Slovakia only (€10, free within Slovakia on orders over €200), usually in 2–5 business days. Personal pickup in Trstená is also possible.
Can I return the goods?+
Yes. As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason; then send the goods back to us within 14 days of withdrawing.
